Refunds and Exchanges

**Due To High Demand, Exchanges May Not Be Possible If A Size Is Sold Out**

We want you to love the products you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 10-day return window to file a return.

10-day Return
We have a 10-day return window for products on our site. The return window begins once your package has been fulfilled.
In the rare event that you've received an incorrect product, are missing a product from your order, or a product is damaged in any way, please email us on hello@avancus.sg

Return standards & conditions
We accept returns for both refunds and exchanges for Singapore and Malaysia only.

  • Exchanges can only be requested for the same product in different sizes.

  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

  • Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.

  • Items with piling may be subject to denial.

  • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.

  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

  • Items must be new with no blemish, defect or parts missing and unused (may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout)

  • Item must be in its original packaging with any tags intact.

The customer will be responsible for the postage of and the safe return of the goods. An additional postage and packaging charge for the exchange item, at the relevant rate, may apply.

The customer will bear all postage and packaging charges for the safe return of the goods and sending of the exchanged item.

We are not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal tracking service or a service that insures you for the value of the package.

Ensure that arrangements have been made in advance with our staff.
